Freysta provides digital services designed to help people explore opportunities to move to rural communities in Norway and to facilitate dialogue between potential newcomers, municipalities, and employers.

Freysta operates the platform as a digital service provider and facilitator of communication.

Municipalities and employers are independent parties responsible for their own information, communication, and decisions.

Freysta is not a party to agreements, employment relationships, relocation arrangements, or other commitments that may arise between users and third parties.

To use the Freysta Portal you must be at least 18 years old.

By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Some features of the Freysta Portal require a user account.

You are responsible for activities that occur through your account.

Freysta may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Freysta reserves the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

Freysta members cannot view or contact other members through the platform.

Freysta is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by municipalities, employers, or other third parties.

Job listings may be provided through integrations with external services such as national job platforms.

Users must verify job details directly with employers.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Freysta the right to use the content as necessary to operate the service.

Freysta may remove content that violates these Terms.

Freysta aims to provide reliable access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Freysta may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

All content on the Freysta platform, including text, design, branding, and software, is owned by Freysta or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without permission, except as necessary to use the service.

Information provided through the Freysta platform is intended for general guidance only.

Freysta does not guarantee relocation outcomes, employment opportunities, housing availability, or successful settlement in any location.

Decisions related to relocation, employment, housing, education, or other personal matters remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Users should independently verify information and make decisions based on their own assessment and circumstances.

Freysta provides the platform as a facilitation service.

To the extent permitted by law, Freysta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Freysta may update these Terms from time to time.

When significant changes are made, users will be informed through the platform or by email.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Freysta Portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
